Ingredients:
- 2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz agave syrup (or honey syrup, if preferred)
- 2-3 dashes of liquid smoke (use sparingly for a subtle smoky flavor)
- Grapefruit soda or sparkling water, to top
- Smoked salt (optional, for garnish)
- Ice cubes
- Grapefruit wedge or peel, for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the Glass:
- If desired, rim a highball or rocks glass with smoked salt. To do this, run a lime wedge around the rim and dip it into the salt.

- In a shaker or mixing glass, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and 2-3 dashes of liquid smoke.
- Stir well to combine (or shake if you prefer it extra cold).
